For those people who already have an accountant, the prospect of transferring to a new advisor can seem daunting and time consuming. Should you choose to appoint Sence, we would make the transition process as smooth as possible.

We respect that clients may wish to notify their outgoing accountant personally, and so we wait until you authorise us to do so before contacting your old accountant.

If required, we can draft a letter to your existing accountant, on your behalf, explaining that you have made the decision to move to Sence Accounting Limited, asking them to release to us any information we request from them. All you need to do is sign the letter.

The next stage is for us to clarify with your old accountant that there are no professional reasons why we should not act on your behalf. We will also request your most recent accounts/tax return from them so that you don't have to worry about providing these to us.
