We hope you have had a great summer. Sence Accounting have certainly been busy - so much so we thought we would share our latest news with you as it has certainly been an exciting few months.
Sence Team Keeps on Growing
The biggest news we have for you is that we have taken on 3 new members of staff. We are delighted to welcome Ellie, Amy & Jodie to the Sence Team. Ellie joins us as a Book-Keeping Clerk, Amy is a trainee Accountant and Jodie has joined to assist us in administration. We are supporting Jodie through an apprenticeship in conjunction with Stephensons College and Amy will continue with her accountancy studies. Over the next few months we are sure you will get to meet the new and expanding Team - especially if you are joining us for the Charity Quiz. Photos of the new staff are planned in and will be shared shortly.
To show you our new structure see below:
Brian & Anna - Business Growth, wealth & tax planning and financial analysis
Jake & Amy - Accounts preparation & production
Jane & Ellie - Book-Keeping & Payroll
Sarah - Business Development & Client liaison
Jodie - Administrator & Client liaison
Director Anna Ball added - "Over the past year, Sence has had a clear structure in place to grow the business and the services we offer. To allow us to master this goal we knew the time was right to recruit and we needed the right staff who could compliment our existing team. The arrival of Ellie, Amy and Jodie has been pivotal to allow the plan to proceed as intended and I look forward to seeing the Sence flourish"
In order to make room for our new recruits there has been some fundamental changes at Sence HQ - with more desks and equipment, a complete re-organisation and renovation has happened. This was no mean feat - over 16 bags of confidential waste removed, 48 boxes of client records placed in storage, re-design of the desks in the office and the completion of a new meeting room. Brian and Jake have certainly been kept busy moving lots of furniture!
Now that we have had the time to take stock of the changes, it has made a huge difference in the efficiency of the team and going forward will provide a welcoming space for staff and clients.
Brian Beggan said - the office looks great! with 3 new members of staff we had to make sure there was space for everyone to work comfortably and that has certainly happened. For those clients who have visited us in the last few weeks it has certainly been a welcomed change. Both Anna and I are delighted with the direction of Sence and we are committed to making sure we continue to provide a dedicated service for our clients.
