In November we launched a client satisfaction questionnaire to allow us to monitor what our clients thought of our service. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to those of you who responded - we really appreciate your feedback. With this in mind we thought we would share a some of the findings with you:
of clients find us approachable
of clients feel we offer good communication
of clients have been with Sence for over a year
of clients would recommend us to a friend or family
"Plain English Accountancy which is not just about the numbers"
"Having struggled with accountants in the past we got Sence on board to help sort out our accounts. Best decision we ever made. Helpful professional and always there to offer support."
We will be running this questionnaire again later this year and will keep you posted on the results. If there is anything else you think Sence can offer to improve our service then please let Sarah know - firstname.lastname@example.org
